Directly opposite the lovely Rosehill Park, with its sports complex and tennis centre, the hotel is also only a short walk away from Sutton Town Centre, with its modern shopping precinct.
Furthermore, the hotel's location boasts excellent road communications to the South Coast and the pretty Sussex countryside, both only an hour away via the A23 and M25. The local area has some great attractions, including Chessington World of Adventure and the Epsom Downs Race Course.
