In an oasis in the Merzouga Desert, this bivouac offers air-conditioned, Bedouin-style tents, and free Wi-Fi. It can organise massages and excursions to the dunes.
Each tent is made of camel skin like the ones used by nomadic people, lined with traditional carpets. Some have a private bathroom and a seating area whilst others offer shared bathroom facilities.
A buffet breakfast is provided in the morning, which you can take on the terrace with a garden and desert view. Moroccan and Berber cuisine is served in a dining area in a tent.
After a day’s quad biking or horse riding, you can relax in the hammam’s hot tub or enjoy a massage treatment.
Bivouac Iguana Sahara is located 100 km from Errachidia Airport and 350 km from Meknes. It is 1.8 km from the N13 motorway. The Rissani nomads and tribe market can be found in the surrounding area.
