Situato all'interno della Chiesa di San Francisco e di probabile fondazione di fine secolo XV o inizi del secolo XVI, la cappella di D. Fradique del Portogallo (viceré della Catalogna e arcivescovo di Saragozza), è un monumento funebre chiaramente manuelino, secondo Gonçalo Lopes (2008). Manuel Branco (1993) identifica elementi simili al quindicesimo ciclo del Monastero di Batalha, dandogli una datazione precedente al periodo manuelino, un'opinione non condivisa da Lopes. Ha pianta quadrangolare, volta in marmo nervato a base di tripli colonnati e capitelli con motivi vegetali. Le chiavi che chiudono questa volta sono anche dello stesso periodo, mostrando l'araldica centrale della famiglia di D. Fradique, la Noronha.
