Don Julio is a classic grill that stands out for the excellence of its cuts, well known both by locals and tourists. Located in an old house in a corner of Palermo with exposed brick walls and double height ceilings, it is ideal to enjoy the best of the Argentine barbecue. The meats that are served are exclusively from pastures, with a special mention to the Eye of steak and the Entraña, and everything is of maximum quality. Also remarkable are its achuras, the inevitable provoleta, and its steep criollas (fried) and folders. Another strong point of Don Julio is its excellent wine list, recommended by its owner, sommelier Pablo Rivero.
