Tucked away in an Ecuadorian cloud forest, El Refugio Cloud Forest Lodge has country-style accommodations with regional décor. Guests can experience nature while staying in one of three charming houses with fully furnished common areas, including hammocks and featuring views of Cotacachi Volcano. It is located on a river with a population of rainbow trout.
El Refugio Cloud Forest Lodget Retreat is a 1.5-hour bus ride from Otavalo, past Cuicocha Lake. Common areas include fully equipped kitchens and living room areas with rugs and comfortable sofas.
