The Lemberger chalet consists of a large anteroom with a wardrobe, a small storage room, a rustic-style kitchen with a large dining table, a spacious living room and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs.

The nearest ski lift is 1 km away and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In summer you can go hiking, play golf at the Golf Club kitzbühel, which is 4 km away or enjoy bathing in the Schwarzsee Lake, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
