Fonte dos Passarinhos was inaugurated in 1934, located north of the center of the town of Caneças.
This fountain is decorated with cladding (shells of mollusks, clay fragments - small samples of broken earthenware and river pebbles). These enumerated materials draw circles of various dimensions and within them stars.
The place maintains its primitive rusticity and, in addition to the fountain, completes this set a small office, of quadrangular plant, roof of four waters, whose decoration of the facade is also of cladding.
Classified as Property of Municipal Interest.
