Pension Lambchop Nikko
Specialising in Italian cuisine and offering a 5,000-volume library of Japanese comic books and a private reservable outdoor bath, Pension Lambchop is a 10-minute drive from Nikko Toshogu Shrine. All rooms are non-smoking and include a loft.
Rooms at Pension Lambchop Nikko are simply furnished with a homely décor. Each has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and toilets and bathing facilities are shared with other guests. Bath towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
The pension is a 10-minute drive from both the JR and Tobu Nikko train stations, and offers a free shuttle from 15:00-17:00 (call upon arrival at the station to use). The Kirifuri Waterfall is a 10-minute drive away. On-site parking is free.
Featuring a wall of windows, wood accents and touches of greenery, the pension’s dining room sets a casual but sophisticated mood for the set-menu breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served at 08:00 and dinner is at 18:00. Guests arriving late for dinner must call in advance.
