Preparation

In a pan sauté the onion and garlic with the palm oil.
Add the cooked beans (can be canned) and add a little more palm oil.
Let it cook until you have the thick sauce.
Serve with grilled fish (horse mackerel, rooster) and ripe bananas and roasted manioc flour.
