Preparation

Sauté the onion and garlic in two tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes, add the rice previously washed with the chicken broth, let it cook. Shred the chicken. In a frying pan put the other two tablespoons of butter and oil, the onion, the pepper and fry, add the chicken, the raisins, the carrot, the peas and mix everything with the rice. Garnish the dish with the hard-boiled egg slices.

  • 1 chicken cooked in broth
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp. of butter
  • 2 tbsp. of oil
  • 5 cups chicken broth, sifted
  • 4 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 peppers cut into strips
  • 2 pounds of rice
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • 1 cup carrot cooked, diced
  • 1 cup of cooked peas
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Raisins
