Preparation

Break the pasta into pieces if it is spaghetti and fry in hot butter. If it is angel hair it does not need to break because when it is fried it breaks. Let it stay brown. Add the rice well drained and mixed with powdered cinnamon. When well mixed, add boiling water and salt. As soon as it starts to dry, stir and lower the heat to stay very dry. Serve hot.
