Preparation

Take a pan with the oil, or oil, with the cloves and the chopped cardomomes to fry for about 2 minutes.
Remove the cloves, add the rice and let it fry a few minutes to lightly brown.
Add the boiling water mixed with the saffron and seasoned with salt.
Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or a little less. Check.
Serve as an accompaniment to meat or fish.

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • 3 cardomoms
  • 250 grs of needle rice
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 6 dl of water.
