Preparation

Sauté the chicken pieces in oil, add the onion, garlic and leave a few minutes to soak. Bathe with a liter of hot water, in which the broth tablet has been dissolved, season and boil for 15 minutes approx. Add the potatoes, carrots, squash, cloclos and green beans and leave covered until almost cooked. Season if necessary and add the chuchoca, sprinkling it little by little. Let cook for a few minutes until everything is cooked. Serve casserole piping hot and sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro.

  • 1/2 carrot peeled and chopped into strips
  • 2 corn cut into rodelas
  • 4 slices of pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup of green beans, shredded
  • 3-4 tablespoons semi heaped chuchoca
  • finely chopped cilantro
