Preparation

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and quickly fry the chicken, cashew, shrimp and vegetables until the chicken is well fried.
Apart, bake and drain the dough. Add to the chicken, fry on one side, turn and fry on the other. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sherry and honey.
Pour over the pasta, cook for 1 minute and place on a platter, serving immediately.

  • 4 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 450 gr of diced chicken
  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashew tea
  • 120 gr shrimp
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery tea
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion tea
  • 1/2 cup of rolled mushroom tea
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry
  • 340 gr egg dough
