Preparation

Prepare the skewers alternating the chicken, peppers and chives. Reserve. In a saucepan, cook the sauce ingredients until reduced to 2/3. Pass the prepared skewers in the sauce and bake on the grill.
Repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times with the same skewers, taking care that they do not burn.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces about 3 cm
  • 1 bunch of spring onions cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 2 green peppers cut into 3 cm pieces
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 cup of mirin tea
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
