Preparation

Arrange the loin and cut it into thin strips.
Mix sugar with ginger, soy sauce and sherry.
Drizzle the meat with this sauce. After about an hour, heat the oil in a frying pan and pour the meat and sauce, and the pineapple pieces.
After frying for approximately 3 minutes, add the pineapple juice and cornstarch, previously mixed in the water.
Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens, and serve.

  • 450 gr of beef tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sherry
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil
  • 1 cup pineapple tea
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of water
