Preparation

The rabbit is placed in a bowl.
In addition, a mash is prepared with the garlic, pepper, cumin and salt and vinegar, wine, oil, paprika are added and mixed well.
The mash is poured over the rabbit and it is left to marinate overnight.
The next day the rabbit is fried and placed in a clay pot, adding the remaining mash and simmering for a while.
It is served with wrinkled potatoes.

  • 1 rabbit, chopped
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 glass of oil
  • peppers
  • cumin and salt to taste.
