Preparation

Sprinkle the meat slices with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on 6 slices of beef, cover them with the remaining 6 slices of meat, and secure the ends of each piece with a toothpick so that the filling does not move. Spread the 6 portions with the flour, pass them through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs, until they are well covered on both sides. Fry them in butter over low heat until golden on both sides.

  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 6 tbsp. of butter
  • Wheat flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
