when the rice is broken, add the sugar and the yolks, taking care that they do not overheat.


arrange in individual molds and cool.

sprinkle with sugar when serving and burn with a blowtorch or paddle.

  • 3 yolks
  • aromas (vanilla)
  • sugar to caramelize
