Preparation

Add all the dough ingredients and work until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into two equal parts and open 2 discs the size of the pan. Place a disk of dough in the pan, arrange the apple and cover with the other dough. Close the edges tightly. Place in the medium oven.

  • 200 gr. of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 gems
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 120 gr. of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Filling:
  • 4 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Syrup:
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 100ml. of sweet red wine
  • 1/2 lemon juice
