Preparation

Wash the potatoes and cook them in their skins. After they are well cooked, pass them through a fine sieve. Weigh the obtained mass and sugar in the same proportion and put it in a pan, bringing it to the stove, stirring constantly, until the bottom of the pan appears. Before removing the candy from the heat add the vanilla.
Remove from heat, let cool and cut at will.
