Preparation
Beat the butter with sugar, add the eggs one by one, the milk and at the end the flour sifted with the yeast. There should be a ball that comes off the hands.
It extends on top of the stoned table stone, with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut with a glass and remove the center with a thimble, so that it is shaped like a slice.
Fry in very hot oil. Drain on brown paper and pass through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
You can also pass through a cocoa syrup.
