in a bowl bring the water to a boil. once it boils add the gelatin until it dissolves. Separately liquefy the three milks and add the already dissolved gelatin. once blended, empty the mixture into a mold and add the fruits. refrigerate until set.

You can top it with more condensed milk to serve.

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 medium can of fruit
  • 2 or 3 envelopes of natural gelatin
  • 1 cup of water
