Preparation

Raw shrimp are peeled, leaving only the crumb.
Clean the pepper by slicing it into strips.
Salt the prawns, peppers and garlic and let it dry for 8 days.
After that time, grind everything and add the spices with the sesame oil, kneading very well to form a paste.
Store in the refrigerator and use when necessary.

* In the absence of sesame oil, use peanut oil.
