Preparation

Peel the shrimp and remove the gut. Crush the garlic and pour into the pan with plenty of olive oil until golden. As soon as it is blond (yellowish) add the shrimp, let it cook for 5 minutes. Pour the coriander on top of the shrimp and serve immediately with French fries and lettuce and tomato salad.
