Preparation

The prawns are cleaned, removing the gut, without removing the shell and they are reserved.
Garlic, salt, pepper and piri-piri are diced until a paste is added to the reserved shrimp.
Add the bay leaves and lemon juice and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
Put the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, fry the prawns, without the sauce of seasoning and put them in a pyrex.
Reduce the oil in the frying pan and then add the seasoning sauce, lowering the heat and stirring constantly until it thickens a little.
Drizzle the fried shrimp with this ready-made sauce and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
