Preparation

we clean the fish well and cut it into large pieces; Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with hot oil until well browned, reserve in a source. In the same pan, brown the garlic in two tablespoons of oil, add the mensi, the kión, a cup of water and the chopped Chinese onions. Add chuño diluted in a little cold water. We stir well and when it has thickened, we pour this sauce over the reserved fish.

We accompany with white rice and serve hot.
