Preparation

Blanch the vegetables in boiling water seasoned with salt for 2 minutes. Drain. Heat the peanut oil in a deep frying pan, add the nest mass and mix well. Add the vegetables and the soy sauce.
Let it cook for 2 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
