place all ingredients on the stone on the work table 20 minutes before starting to prepare the mayonnaise.

do not add the carved mayonnaise until the portion you added earlier is perfectly connected.
in order to keep the mayonnaise in the refrigerator for 2 days without slicing, pour it with 1 tablespoon of boiling water as soon as you finish preparing it and stir vigorously.
