Preparation
Arrange the fish, cut into slices and sprinkle with salt.
A saucepan with oil, onion and chopped garlic cloves is brought to a low heat.
As soon as the onion softens, the tomato pulp, water, cardomones, ginger, saffron, pepper, coriander and chilli are added.
Boil a little and add the fish.
Allow to cook, which takes + - 15 minutes.
Vinegar is added. Bring to boil for another 2 minutes exactly.
Serve with rice.
