Preparation

Clean the fish, wash and dry with a dish towel or absorbent paper towel. Place on a platter, season with salt and Syrian pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and let rest for at least 3 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the sesame sauce, as in the recipe indicated. Fry the fish fillets one by one. Place the fried fish on a refractory plate, place the straw batters, fried onions and immediately afterwards the sesame sauce. Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes before serving. Decorate with sprigs of parsley and lemon slices and take the table afterwards, while it is still very hot.

  • 2 large French-cut onions and butter
  • Sprigs of parsley and lemon slices for garnish
  • 2 kilos of hake fillet or boyfriend
  • Syrian pepper to taste
  • Sesame sauce (taratur)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Potato straw to taste
  • Salt to taste
