Preparation

Prepare the marinade by putting all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
place the wings in a bowl and pour the marinade, mixing well until all the wings are impregnated. marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator.
arrange the wings on a baking sheet with the marinade on top and roast in the oven at 450º f (200º c), for 30-35 minutes, until the wings are done and golden.

  • 6 drops of tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 of cup of vegetable oil
