chop the chop or the chicken. When the pan is very hot, with the chicken already well seasoned. then, when the chicken or cutlet is tender, water and the ingredients are gradually added.
when it is boiling, add the rice last. then add water until the rice grain opens completely.
then serve hot. if you like it can serve with pickles.

  • 1 sauce to taste
  • 1 petit poise (pitipua)
  • vinegar to taste
  • onion
  • chili
  • 1 chicken broth
  • 800 gr of smoked chops or chicken
  • oil
  • 450 gr of potato
