cut the chayote in half its length. cook in water with a little salt.

when they are soft, remove the pulp without breaking the skin. make a mashed mash by adding the cheese, butter, cream, sugar.

With this puree, stuff the rinds, cover with the grated cheese until golden and bake.

  • 1/2 cup ground cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (like)
  • 1 tablespoon. of butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
