Preparation

In a large bowl, add the Lában, the cucumbers, the garlic, the mint and stir well to wrap all the ingredients. Serve the curd with 1 recipe of Kibe bi simiê (raw kibbeh).

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon of crumbled dried mint
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic with 1 spoon of salt
  • 4 large cucumbers (1 kilo), fresh, peeled and chopped (being Japanese - 8 with peel)
  • 1 Lában recipe (fresh curd)
