Preparation

grind the ancho chiles previously soaked with the garlic clove, the seeds of the chilies and the soaking water.
strain it and fry it in butter; add salt, pepper and cloves to taste.
brown the tortillas and soak them in the sauce; roll into tacos with the rest of the sauce in the center and cover with the grated aged cheese and chopped onion. serve piping hot garnished with onion slices.
