Preparation

Prepare the dough for esfiha, according to the Esfiha Closed recipe. Stuff with the ricotta, mixed with the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and olive oil. Close the dough triangles, place in a baking dish sprinkled with wheat flour and brush with milk. Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
