Preparation

Place the pasta in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Wash with cold water and drain. Heat the oil and fry the pasta, a little at a time, until it is dark and curly. Remove almost all the oil, leaving only 1 tablespoon in the pan. Fry the onions and garlic until they are colored. Then add the chicken, pork, shrimp, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and stock. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the cauliflower and remove from heat. Place a handful of pasta on each plate, put the sauce on top and garnish with the chopped ham, celery and fried onion flakes. For 6 people.

  • ½ cup of streaked ham, 1 inch long and 3 mm thick
