a cap is cut to the muffins; The crumb is removed and mixed with the butter and cream; It is seasoned with a little sugar and some raisins are added. the muffins are filled with this and covered. then a shake is prepared as for wrapping, the muffins are passed through it and they are fried in oil. then they are removed, hot water is passed to them to remove the fat and they are added to the syrupy sugar honey; When the honey has soaked them well, they are removed and to serve them, put rosicler on top and two glasses of wine.
