boil the manioc until it is very soft. drain and puree.

In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, fry the onion. add the minced meat and stir until golden brown.

Place the cassava puree in a large bowl, add the mixture of golden meat and onion, garlic, a pinch of salt and cumin. mix well to form a homogeneous paste.

make balls with this dough and fry in plenty of hot oil.
