Preparation

wash the meat well. cut the booklet into thin strips to bring it to a boil. in
a cold saucepan the chili with garlic, pepper and salt; add water and the chopped booklet and boil until cooked. Separately, chop the onion and tomato in squares, season with salt and a little oil. put the potatoes to cook with salt. serve in a deep plate.
