Preparation

Arrange the strips of lettuce on the plates and the salmon slices on top of them.
For the sauce, mix the spinach with sunflower oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and beat everything with the magic wand.
Drizzle the salmon with the sauce and serve.

  • 100 ml of sunflower oil
  • 50 g of spinach
