Preparation
Peel cucumbers, and rinse them.
Use a grater/slicer to slice the cucumbers into thin slices(circles only 2mm thick).
Put the cucumbers in a bowl and add vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Mix together well. It should have a sweet/sour taste. Add more salt,sugar,or vinegar to get the taste you like.
Sprinkle the paprika on the top and serve as a side dish for almost any meal.
