Preparation

Mix the flour with the sugar. Add yeast, oil, fennel and saffron. Add the water, little by little, and the salt and continue kneading until it acquires the consistency of a cookie dough. Place the dough on a baking sheet, greased with olive oil, and bring to a low oven.

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of pounded fennel
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • 1 spoon and ½ (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ kilo of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
