Preparation

In a large pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil over medium heat.
reduce heat to simmer, cook for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
Remove from heat and let it cool until you drink.

  • 1 cup of Jamaican cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced jamaica garlic
  • 1 ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
