Preparation

Take the milk with the sugar to the fire and let it simmer, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon until it is well refined, taking off a little soft. If you want it harder, leave a little more on the fire, stirring until the bottom of the pan appears.
Moments before taking, vanilla scent.
