Preparation

Mix the flour with the onions, garlic, coriander seeds and coriander. Mix coconut milk and egg (adding water if necessary to form a smooth and thin dough). Add the peanuts. Place a frying pan with ½ inch of oil over a high heat and, when it gets hot, gradually add spoonfuls of dough to fry, turning occasionally, until golden. Remove, drain and salt at will.

  • ¾ cup of hot coconut milk or water
  • 1 cup of salted peanuts
  • ¼ cup of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup of rice flour
  • ½ teaspoon of seed
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • ¼ teaspoon of cilantro
  • ½ crushed garlic clove
  • Fried oil, salt
  • 1 beaten egg
