Preparation

Remove the breadcrumbs and place the bread around the ice cream balls, which should be as cold as possible. Secure with wooden chopsticks and set aside in the freezer while preparing the dough. Mix the flour with the Grand Marnier and the egg yolks. Mix well and set aside. Beat the egg whites and carefully wrap them in the dough. Remove the ice cream and bread balls from the freezer and pass them through the dough. Fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC). After fries, drizzle with the liquor and flambé. Serve immediately.

  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 dl of Grand Marnier
  • Oil q.s.
  • For mass:
  • 100 gr of flour
  • 15 gr of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
