Preparation

Finely dice the onion. Chop the potatoes, carrot, and green beans into small pieces. cut the meat into cubes. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the cup of hot water.

heat oil in medium saucepan. then fry the meat with the onion until golden brown. Add the oregano, cumin, and salt, and stir. Add the water, broth, carrot, pumpkin, and potatoes. boil the cooking over low heat until the vegetables are cooked, about 20 minutes.

Add the corn, peas, and green beans. cook for another 5 minutes
