Preparation

cook the meat, onion and turnip in a pot with water and salt for 1 hour; then strain the broth and add the potatoes. When they are ready, add the ground corn little by little, add water if they are very thick, and boil for 15 minutes, stirring until it thickens; let it remain like a cream.
